Stapled Visa is in the news.This procedure is used to invite persons from not so friendly country and particularly from border areas. No record is kept on visa by stamping and visa is only stapled on the passport. Recently, it was in the news that China is offering this visa to persons from J & K, which was not liked by India. Now, it is learnt that persons from Arunachal Pradesh are also being lured into this 'stapled visa'.
