vision of participating developing countries for emission

reduction, long term cooperative plans, mitigation for climate

change, enhanced action on mitigation and adaptation, 

technology and development, labour, taxes, etc. Bali Action plan : Going to meet this year at Bali in december..Mainly to address Doha round issues..Like Labour,Tax imposing and subsidy impositng and monetory of developed countries,Sharing the bilateral agreements to all and sharing the tax structure,etc..
